Duties and responsibilities:
Discover your potential
To learn the skills required on the job under the supervision of a senior consultant/mentor, attend performance reviews and training sessions to further knowledge and enhance understanding. Responsible for own desk/market area.
CV Searching
Offering CV, interview, and general career advice.
Constructive Feedback
Providing constructive interview and application feedback.
Lead Generation
Placing adverts and running recruitment campaigns to recruit a high volume of candidates.
Management
Managing and overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment processes.
Negotiation skills
Have the ability to negotiate with and influence key decision-makers.
Experience
A proven track record in recruitment or sales.
The ideal person
Our ideal person will be passionate, hardworking, and resilient, with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience (preferred).
We are looking for confident, driven individuals who are self-motivated and always seeking progression.
A problem solver
Are you someone who thrives under pressure and can think creatively to find solutions?
