We’re looking for potential, not perfection. Our in-house training team will guide you through a mix of classroom sessions and hands-on learning, so you’ll have everything you need to hit the ground running.
What does our recruitment
training cover?
We offer an extensive 8 week induction programme. The programme includes classroom based lessons and deskside learning with your manager.
The programme provides extensive coverage of the end-to-end recruitment process. We visit each stage of the process, from candidates to clients to everything in between, so that Consultants feel 100% confident in their role after completing the programme.
We have a clear, structured pathway for progression that is centred around achieving performance based targets.
We help Consultants to reach their goals by providing ongoing training even upon completion of the trainee programme. Our training team provides specialist deskside training to upskill Consultants in weak areas and to get them back on track for promotion.
Managers also provide frequent deskside training and provide 1-1 feedback and coaching to Consultants as they learn.
For those wishing to explore the Management route, we offer a well structured Mentor programme. This programme is designed for experienced Consultants looking to strengthen their skills in management, with no prior experience required.
The programme involves a variety of theoretical and practical based tasks to equip Mentors with the confidence and experience required to be a Manager.
We offer a variety of courses for both our Sales and Support staff.
Our Consultants have previously under taken Business Administration apprenticeships to better equip them for a corporate role.
Members of Support team have equally undertaken a variety of courses such as CIPD qualifications for people based positions and CFA qualifications for finance based positions.
