We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, IT/ Tech Recruitment Specialist to head up an exciting new brand within the Talentia Group.

This role is a key position within the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for the running, development, and growth of this exciting new venture. Starting as a Brand Manager, recruiting across the UK Tech industry. This role will involve no small amount of passion, dedication, and skill. Essential Experience/ Qualifications. 

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience – Strong grasp of the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Extensive IT Industry knowledge will be fundamental.
  • Business Development Skills essential  
  • Management experience, or previous high level of responsibility – Mentoring and/ or supporting of fellow recruitment consultants. Accountability for your own desk and targets.
  • Track record of running a successful recruitment desk/ understanding and efficiency evidenced in previous career history.

Desirable Experience/ Qualifications.

  • CRM experience – Salesforce/ Itris or similar desirable.
  • Understanding of coding, robotics, and AI Industry desirable but not essential
